What’s the difference between Full Turnkey and Design-Only?

Full Turnkey includes everything from concept to final install. Design-Only gives you the full creative vision, but you handle the implementation yourself.

Do you offer project management?

I’m not a project manager, builder, or site supervisor. My job is to protect the design intent and ensure the vision is implemented correctly. I always defer to the professionals on site when it comes to technical decisions.

Can you manage trades and be our main point of contact?

Yes, this is available as a Project Coordination add-on. It turns me into your central contact during implementation so you don’t need to liaise with multiple trades. It’s quoted separately based on the scope and install duration.

How do you charge for your services?

Each project is priced based on the scope, size, and level of involvement you want. I offer both flat-fee design packages and optional add-ons for implementation support. Everything is bespoke, but you can view typical ranges on my Services page.

Every designer works differently. What I offer isn’t just a layout or some mood boards, t’s a full creative experience, designed to bring confidence, clarity, and calm to your entire project.

Do you offer smaller packages or one-off advice?

I offer 2-hour strategy consultations for clients who need high-level clarity fast. I don’t offer “just a moodboard” or advice by the hour. Every project gets my full attention, or nothing at all.

What if we’re already working with a kitchen company or architect?

That’s totally fine. I often collaborate with external professionals. I’ll ensure the overall aesthetic and layout feels cohesive, and can advise on materials, finishes, and flow, without stepping on anyone’s toes.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I’m based in Mid Wales, with clients across the UK. Travel is always possible and factored into the proposal depending on location and frequency of site visits.

Do I have to buy all the pieces you recommend when booking your styling services?

No, every item I suggest is optional. You’ll receive a curated collection of sourced pieces, and you can choose what feels right.

Do you charge commission on artwork or styling pieces?

No. All prices are transparent. You pay directly for the pieces you choose to buy.

Can I include pieces I already own when purchasing your styling and curation days?

Absolutely. This is a curation, not a replacement. I’ll work with what you love and add where the space needs it.

Can I use your styling service without a full interior design package?

Yes. This service is available as a standalone offer, whether or not you’ve worked with me before.
